Communication is a crucial element in organizational sustainability and development, including faith-based youth organizations. This study aims to analyze organizational communication patterns in the development of PAC IPPNU Panti District during the 2023–2025 period and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors. The study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. The analysis focuses on the organization's revival after a period of inactivity, the flow of communication used, and its implications for member development and participation. The findings indicate that the dominant pattern is the wheel communication pattern, with the chairperson acting as the center of coordination and information distribution. This pattern is supported by regular meetings, WhatsApp groups, and virtual meeting platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom. Supporting factors include the use of technology, proactive leadership, a clear organizational structure, and collaborative activities. Inhibiting factors include limited access to technology, dependence on the chairperson, members' busy schedules, and limited horizontal interaction. The findings suggest that centralized communication can accelerate coordination during organizational revitalization, but it should be balanced with stronger horizontal communication and delegation of roles to foster militancy, independence, and organizational sustainability.
